A workshop for young artists

Children will learn about the most important art movements and travel through time in the history of art.

They will be taught techniques and they will be introduced to art movements from Impressionism to Pop Art. In the eight sessions that will take place, they will learn about the following movements:

    She was born in Athens. She studied Visual Arts at the School of Fine Arts of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she graduated in 2006, with Makis Theofylaktopoulos as his professor. She continued her studies on ceramic art at the Centre for the Study of Modern Ceramics with Professor Nikos Liaros and at Iridanos Laboratory with Menandros Papadopoulos.

    She has presented her work in several group exhibitions:
    • “From text to the image” Teloglion Institute of Arts A.U.Th.
    • “Synergy” Contemporary Art Museum of Thessaloniki
    • “Methexis” Depot Art Gallery
    • “Prevention through Art” Sotiris Felios collection

    Her art pieces grace private collections in Greece and abroad.
    Since 2007 she has been working as a teacher in Primary Education. As a parallel venture, she collaborates with Art Foundations and Workshops, designing and teaching educational workshops, such as at the B & M Theocharakis Foundation for the Fine Arts and Music, Modern Pottery Study Center, Kerameio Ceramic Studio in Serifos, Tsichritzis Foundation for the Visual Arts, etc.
    In recent years, she lives and works in Athens, Crete and Serifos.
