clay figures in 1998, when I was a student<br \/>in the experimental laboratory of Kostas Tarkasis.<br \/>Through a personal narrative, I create idiosyncratic works in an attempt to<br \/>connect with my inner self, which I often discover is left behind at a very<br \/>young age.<br \/>I make men, women, animals and birds, mask them and dress them in bright<br \/>colors, often willing to face my life with humor and irony.<br \/>I create figures that function as personal symbols that narrate relationships<br \/>and family situations, in an attempt to heal my personal wounds, with the<br He studied painting at the School of Fine Arts of<br \/>the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He was taught ceramics at the open studio of Kostas<br \/>Tarkasis. He has participated in ceramics symposia in Greece, Serbia, Poland and Japan. He<br \/>has taught in primary and secondary education, as well as in the IEK of ceramics in the<br \/>municipality of Amarousi. Since 2010 he is a member of the Greek Chamber of Fine Arts.
