\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMaya Barstone is an Australian-Greek painter based in Sydney, Australia. Her family has been coming to Serifos since 1976 when her Yiayia (also a painter) bought a painting studio here. Maya will be holding two pop-up drawing and painting classes at ARTLAB on the 4th and 11th of August from 7pm until 9.30pm. The first hour will be timed sessions of still life drawings. There will be a Greek-themed table set up that will be the subject of the night. We will start with a few short lessons on finding the angles and the perspective of the subject, as well as depicting the foreground, middle, and background. After an hour with pencils, we will whip out the paints. The last hour and a half will be dedicated to your final artwork. Maya will explain and demonstrate the colour theory, colour mixing, application of colour and applying those skills into creating a space.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
